  2. The official language of all transactions is English. Where communications are also provided in another language, the English version shall have precedence.
  3. When ordering through this web site you are making an offer to buy the goods. If your offer is accepted by us you will enter into a binding contract with us, and the goods will be shipped to you. If your order is rejected after payment is made, you will be refunded in full.
  4. Payment can be made by any of the methods made available on this web site. Payment must be received, and funds cleared, before shipping of your order.
  5. Your order will be shipped to you within 30 days of receipt of your order, unless a longer lead time is indicated on the web site at the time you place your order. If we cannot ship the goods within this time, we will notify you, and you can either accept the delay or cancel the order and receive a full refund. Shipment will normally be by the method you have selected when placing the order, though we may upgrade this to a faster method at no extra cost to you. Time is not of the essence with regard to delivery schedules, and these should be seen as indicative only.
  6. For sales to consumers resident within the United Kingdom and the rest of the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, either by writing to TeamSurv or by emailing us at admin@teamsurv.com. If you cancel your order, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods, and to return them to TeamSurv at your own expense. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition, we reserve the right to make reasonable charges to refurbish or repair the goods. You will receive a refund within 14 days of your notification of cancellation and receipt of the goods from us. This right to cancel shall not apply to software after it has been registered by you with us.
  7. If you believe any item has developed a fault, please first contact us for technical support. If we cannot resolve the problem, you may return the item to us., and we will check that the fault is not as a result of misuse. If the item was faulty, within one month of purchase you are entitled to a full refund; within 6 months of purchase you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced, or a full refund. A full refund consists of the full purchase cost you paid, plus reasonable costs of delivering the faulty item to us (e.g. First Class or Air Mail post, and not courier services). If the item is shown not to be faulty due to design or manufacture, we will quote you a price for repair or supply of a refurbished item to the same or better specification.
